Suginaka Katsunori
Mr. Suginaka has been consistently active at the sharp end of the gaming industry from 2008 to the present.
He brings a decade of core experience in strategic planning and creative direction at Game Freak Inc.
He boasts extensive game development experience across a wide range of platforms, including a globally acclaimed console game franchise and mobile games based on a major cartoon IP.
In 2023, he founded Chronogate Inc. and assumed the role of CEO. Today, he leads multiple gaming projects, truly embodying the corporate philosophy to deliver gaming experiences filled with timeless excitement and thrills.

Shimodate Naoki
Mr. Shimodate has early career as systems engineer and store manager. Leveraging this unique combination of technical expertise and management skills, he transitioned into the gaming industry in 2012.
Since then, he has gained valuable experience across a wide spectrum of game production, handling both the development of premium (buy-to-play) games and the live operations of free-to-play (F2P) projects
In 2023, he joined Chronogate and is currently leading multiple game projects. Driven by Chronogate philosophy, he strives daily to deliver the best possible gaming experiences to players.
Executive Officer
Sasazu Hiroshi
Mr. Sasazu began his career in the gaming industry in 2008.
Since then, he spent over a decade working as a chief designer and art director on premium (buy-to-play) RPG game projects.
He has gained valuable experience in designer and supervisor of 2D art in character design, background and UI. And more directing visualization and building team.
In 2025, he joined Chronogate as Executive Officer and Art Director.
Leveraging his extensive experience, he continues to drive the creation of the best possible gaming experiences for players.
Support Division General Manager
Imura Atsushi
Mr. Imura began his career in the gaming industry in 2010.
Since then, he has gained valuable experience in planning both premium (buy-to-play) games and kids' amusement arcade projects.
He then expanded his career, serving as a communication planner for a large-scale RPG project and as a UI planning lead
In 2025, he joined Chronogate as the General Manager of the Development Support Division, where he actively assists multiple companies with their game development projects.
He strives daily to deliver the best possible gaming experiences to players.
